This new build at the coast was quite a process to bring to fruition. When our clients first reached out with house plans to review they warned us it would be a long process before starting and they were not wrong, but we were excited to be along for the ride. We were thankful to be working with such an experienced and patient builder, as there were many roadblocks, but our clients were really needing a separate guest house on their property at the beach so they could spread out when family all gathered together. We had to get creative with room layouts, but we made the most of the space we had and were able to pack in all of the requests from our clients - including the one and only request the husband had, for a comfortable swivel recliner.
